I'm Alive!!!!

Hay!
Sorry I havent been updating ANYTHING recently. I've been so busy with school that I totally forgot I had a blog and a YT channel. I took off my YT tutorials because I wasn't feeling confident about them (and also because I had terrible lighting and camera!!) so once I get a better camera I shall start making YT videos again!!

Last night I did a makeup look. I dont know why I'm so obsessed with red lips but here are some photos

(Also my photoshop skills have drastically improved :D so these photos ARE photoshoped. just saying)

I did a makeup look today! Its a 50's inspired pin up look !
I also made a video...... my very FIRST video! If I get positive responses I might make a tutorial :D

My very first makeup tutorial!!!!

Hey everyone!!!! I decided to finally post a makeup tutorial!! I wanted to do a fun purple eye makeup. Sorry for the lighting of the pictures. I took these photograph late at night so i had to used artificial lighting!! Hope you enjoy!~

Here is the look!!!

So start with a clean moisturized face! (oh yeah you like my sexy acne face?? I bet you do *barfs) hahaha

I used SMASHBOX PHOTO FINISH LIGHT primer all over my face

|

 For my "Foundation" I used DR.JART + BB cream in the Silver Label

|

|

I used a wet cosmetic sponge to blend it out. You can also use your fingers 

but since the formula of the BB cream is a little sticky I decided to stick

with a sponge.

Then I took the KAT VON D TATTOO concealer to conceal my 

under eye dark circles

|

|

I used to the BOBBI BROWN concealer to conceal any of my

blemishes and dark spots

|

|

|

|

Then I used ELIZABETH ARDEN's loose powder to dust all over my face 

(especially under eye concealer)

I used the High beam to highlight my cheekbones and the Bene tint to 

use as a blush and lip tint

As you can see in the photo above, I applied the highlight in a C shape around the outer corner of my eyes and cheekbones

Of course dont forget to use a primer all over your lid and your lower

lash line

I used URBAN DECAY eyeshadow in HALF BACKED under my lower

lash line

|

|

|

 (sorry this is a crappy and small photograph) I used INGLOT's eyeshadow in number 396 all over 

my upper lid (up to my brow bone)

I then used INGLOT gel eyeliner in #83 to do draw a simple line on my

upper lash line and I extended the wing out a bit

I set the eyeliner with IGNLOT's eyeshadow in #439 to give it some extra shine 

and to add more purple to the liner.

As for your water line, just use a light shade of eyeliner to line your water line. I usually use white, but if its too harsh for you, you can always choose to use a peach or flesh tone eyeliner.

I finished the look with my favourite mascara

As for lip gloss, try to stick with something nude and neutral. Dont go crazy with wild tacky colours!!! since there is so much going on with the eyes try to keep the rest of the dace simple!!!

So here is a new blog post
Sometimes I wonder why I keep this thing updated...I guess its out of boredom

So for summer vacation my family and I went to California. First we went to San Francisco for a wedding and let me tell you...it was one of the best weddings I've been to!! Even though we didn't know most of the people we still had a blast!! I loved downtown San Fran!! I think if there is ever a place that I'd want to move it would be there. Everyone seemed really friendly and the architecture really amazed me!

Then we DROVE (yes we drove) to San Diego....and let me tell you it was a LONG ASS TRIP!!!! I freakin' hate car trips....so uncomfortable and long T_T. Anyways we spent most of our time in San Diego. We spent two days in Vegas (yes another car trip) AND we also went to Disney Land......which was the best trip out of all!!!!!!!! Since I've never been to Disney Land I was freaking out when we arrived there...I'm such a fob -_-

Anyways I've been in love with 2NE1's two new singles!!!!!!! "I Am The Best" and also "I Hate You"
I might do a Blog-Makeup-Tutorial on Boms makeup look in I am the best music video!

ANIME NORTH 2011

I should be writing my essay but...
I realized I haven't posted any of the pictures that I took in anime north

So this year was my first time at anime north and unfortunately I didn't dress up. I thought "well since this is my first time I'll just go and see whats up....ill dress up next year." And will I be going next year? Who knows? To be honest I think it was too expensive. And by this I don't mean just the ticket but EVERYTHING was expensive.

First, you have to stand in a long ass line to get your ticket.
Second, the tickets are $40.00!!!!!! SAY WHATTT?!? I know its not much but still....I could be having a nice steak dinner with that money :P
And third, the animes and mangas that were being sold there weren't cheap at all!! they just didn't include tax!! I mean we spent 2 hours to stand in line, pay 40 dollars to get IN and a lot more $$ to buy stuff there. I only bought 3 mangas (Kimi Ni Todoke) and 2 book marks, AND Hayao Miyazaki's: Princess Mononoke (I had to!!)

OOH and I ran into a youtuber that I'm subscribed to: 01b0o and I saw her there!!!! At first I was poking at my friend saying "OMG I know her!!!" and he said "Is she your classmate?" and I was like "No I know her from youtube!!" you should've seen my friends face...he was all 0_o wah? haha anyways I went up to her and said hi and took a photo with her. you can see my pic in her blog too!!

Lisa's HAUL!!!

So here in Toronto there is this....thing lol well i cant call it a store its more like a wear house and they basically sell a whole bunch of discounted makeup/ designers perfume/ sunglasses/ underwear (lol)/ belts/ purses and all that jazz
they only open for special occasions...in my case it was open for mothers day so of course i bought a whole bunch of stuff. what i really wanted to get my hands on was Smashbox's Photo finish light oil free primer (woof thats a mouthful!) so of course i got 3 muhaha and also Sally Hansen beyond Perfect protein strengthener which i dont use as a strengthener but as a top coat :) KHOKAY HERE ARE SOME PICS
